Comprehensive character creators with extensive toolsets are something that many expect (or at least hope) to see in games – especially in massive RPGs – and it looks like Dragon’s Dogma 2 won’t disappoint in that area.
In addition to letting players play as the new Beastren race, the character creation toolset will feature a set number of body styles per each race, but if players wish, they will have the option of diving deep into the nitty-gritties and fiddling around with a host of sliders and options for every aspect of your character’s appearance. In recent weeks, we’ve also seen gameplay footage for a number of playable Vocations in Dragon’s Dogma 2 with Fighter, Thief, Warrior, Sorcerer, and Trickster, while Capcom also revealed the Sphinx, a mysterious and completely optional new enemy.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 launches on March 22 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
